C-31 Change Order #2 for Chiller Replacement at Lake Asbury Elementary School
Issue/Rationale
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, which may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Once a change order is initiated, review/evaluation is undertaken to determine the merit and/or requirements of the change order. Change orders affect the scope of the project and are required to be School Board approved by State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. See Attachment for details.
Recommended Action
Approve Change Order #2 as submitted.
Financial Impact
$13,071.00. This addition to the construction contract will be paid from Special Maintenance Section III funds.
